View some sample menus which Chef Corduff has created for other events. While the reception prices are flexible, we do require a minimum of $47.00 per person on Friday and Sundays and $94.00 minimum per person on Saturdays as well as Sundays of holiday weekends. (i.e., Memorial Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day).
