Extreme Makeover: through the eyes of The Log Cabin & The Delaney House. The American Spirit was present. The economy was certainly not a factor. It was a once in a lifetime experience. We changed a community and a family and we feel great about it. Our role was to be the project Food and Beverage Coordinator (a 100% donation of our product and expertise). We coordinated the set up of tents and feeding of volunteers by using the generous donations of the restaurants and businesses listed below. We saw over 3000 volunteers use the services in the volunteer and beverage/snack tents. In addition, we took on the role of VIP Tent co-host and Caterer, again supplying food and beverage to over 3000 guests that attended as special spectators.

A Big Thank You A special thank you to the many that helped us with our efforts:Ed Zemba from Robert Charles Photography and Suzanne Clark from Kent Pecoy Signature Homes for getting us involved in this wonderful experiance. It was an amazing experience to see so many people and businesses come together with one common goal, especially on very short notice. We made many new friends and met so many wonderful volunteers. The support from Greater Springfield Convention and Visitors Bureau, Susan Jensen and the Heritage Baptist Church and from our friends at The Second Baptist Church in Suffield was truly inspiring. Lastly, to our incredible team, not one beat was missed at the site and more importantly at the business the entire week. We are very proud of our staff. Plus many more that helped us during the week!Visit the Pecoy Extreme website and Daily blogs The following restaurants helped us feed the volunteers:
